I) Welcome & Introductions by UMNA president, Rome Celli
II) Panel presentation followed by a facilitated discussion
The meeting will feature an invited panel of neighbors who will offer their perspectives on the following prompt:
βDuring the time you've lived in Upper Monroe what have you come to cherish and celebrate about our neighborhood? Looking ahead to 2025 and beyond, what do you see as the most promising opportunities for creating a stronger, more vibrant neighborhood?β
Everyone in attendance will be invited to comment and offer their own observations and ideas on the theme.
The βState of the Neighborhoodβ topic is intended to help inform the Upper Monroe Neighborhood Associationβs 2025 work plan. A first sketch of the 2025 plan will be shared at the meeting. See below.
III) Presentation: First draft of UMNA's 2025 work plan
The UMNA leadership team will offer some options and ideas for the 2025 UMNA Work Plan.
UM residents will be invited to participate in the ongoing development of the plan before it's presented at the UMNA Annual Meeting in early 2025.
