General meetings provide information & encourage discussion. Business/Annual meetings include decision-making. Only UMNA members may vote. **Executive summary of the meeting:** Brief presentation by UM resident and local photographer, Noah Winslow. Report by UMNA "Spring Awakenings" Committee. Report on survey of Upper Monroe survey and a discussion of the results. UMNA plans for 2023. Chris Stevens announces decision to retire as UMNA president. No official business was conducted.
