# 2023 April 4th: General Meeting

**Executive summary of the meeting:** Brief presentation by UM resident and local photographer, Noah Winslow. Report by UMNA "Spring Awakenings" Committee. Report on survey of Upper Monroe survey and a discussion of the results. UMNA plans for 2023. Chris Stevens announces decision to retire as UMNA president. No official business was conducted. No votes were taken. The meeting began at 7:00 pm and ended at 8:30 pm.
