This program is brought to you by the UMNA Local History Nerds with support from the [Swillburg Neighborhood Association](https://swillburg.com/).

**PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:**

This is a local history talk mashup with the spirit of Halloween. The talk will be presented by a noted local history scholar deeply familiar with this important piece of local history. The talk will immediately follow the costume contest (see below) and run approximately 45 minutes.

This is LITERALLY TRUE. It’s NOT FICTION or FANTASY. The FACTS of our neighborhood's true history will be revealed by a noted local history expert.

This fun program is open to the public and free of charge. Everyone is welcomed. **The subject matter of this talk, however, makes the presentation most suitable for teens and adults.**

**Our friends from** [**Luci & Dona**](https://www.lucianddona.com/) **will judge the costume contest! Oh, and they'll come in COSTUME!**
