## Meeting Information

A Business Improvement District (BID) in Rochester?

Some say, "Yes!" and some say, "No!".

The [Upper Monroe Neighborhood Association](https://www.facebook.com/uppermonroe?__cft__\[0]=AZWOaO9wf5Ssb--5IDUlhjfEbKsBOZy2yukmjk_Ex3VIfol5E8IjFXuxVM-6cysTs-UHEGmwqUGmoOEmIEmwhQp0ahyZ1nOG26mxgfuGrFnJgWMjx7tHUP9Rq0Yf4ggTy1OV_o1t0icTGdU0Ai9nWUQS7kSR4ho9ILg3U1lXk6hijsFSYIZumI9qbJhDNM-jldg&__tn__=-]K-R) wonders, "Aren't there other options?"

We can all agree an economically vibrant, friendly downtown is important. So, isn't it time we had a discussion about ALTERNATIVES to a BID?

On Tuesday, February 13th at 7pm you will have a chance to learn about the issues, impacts and ALTERNATIVES to the Bid via a ZOOM presentation.

This is an educational program.

Attendance does not indicate support or opposition to the proposed BID for downtown. It's just a chance to LEARN and engage in a dialog about supporting our community's downtown neighborhood.

*The content of this meeting has been prepared by the BID Education Committee. The information will be presented by the BID Information Committee. Questions about program content? Contact <kdstewart1592@gmail.com>*

**The Upper Monroe Neighborhood Association has not taken a position on the proposed Business Improvement District for downtown Rochester.**
