# 2025 April 30: UMNA Leadership | Informal Discussion ## Background The Upper Monroe Neighborhood Association's (UMNA's) leadership team meets on an "as needed" basis (typically every 2-3 months) to informally talk about goings on in Upper Monroe and plans for the future. These discussions don't necessarily follow a formal agenda although very often there is a list of topics. Occasionally guests from outside of UMNA are invited to join the conversation depending on the topics to be covered. Residents of Upper Monroe should feel free to drop in.
