# 2025 July 12: Monroe Fresh Finds Community Garage Sale

## Second Saturdays

Every "Second Saturday" the Monroe Avenue Merchants Association (MAMA) is organizing business promotions along Monroe Avenue. the business promotions include specials and discounts by participating businesses. In addition, a "passport" program will be offered that encourages nearby residents to visit businesses along the corridor with prizes to be awarded during "Small Business Saturday" at the end of the season in November.

Every "Second Saturday" all the neighborhood associations along the Monroe Avenue corridor are organizing garage sales under the banner of "Monroe Fresh Finds".  The associations are working together to promote "Monroe Fresh Finds" to the community as a fun way to spend a Saturday in our area.

*Monroe Fresh Finds is FREE to all residents of Upper Monroe. You do NOT have to be a member of the Upper Monroe Neighborhood Association. Tenants as well as property owners are encouraged to participate!*

## **Join the 'Monroe Fresh Finds" Garage Sale Days!\***

Got clutter to clear out? Turn your extra stuff into cash and connect with your neighbors at **Monroe Fresh Finds**, now continuing monthly through the summer! It’s free to sign up, and your sale will be listed on our community map (via QR code) to help shoppers find you.

This is a great way to declutter, make a little money, and enjoy the community vibes.

These sales will coincide with a special promotion led by the Monroe Avenue Merchants Association called "**Second Saturdays"** each month through September on the following dates:

Only those that register in advance will be listed on the Monroe Fresh Finds Garage Sale map.
