# 2025 June 14: Monroe Fresh Finds Community Garage Sale
The Upper Monroe Neighborhood Association has teamed up with the [Monroe Avenue Revitalization Coalition (MARC)](/hot-topics/monroe-avenue-revitalization-coalition-marc.md) to promote four opportunities this season to sell items you no longer need in a series of community sales. By coordinating our efforts we will draw bigger crowds and sell more stuff!
*This program is FREE to all residents of Upper Monroe. You do NOT have to be a member of the Upper Monroe Neighborhood Association. Tenants as well as property owners are encouraged to participate!*
## **Join the 'Monroe Fresh Finds" Garage Sale Days!\***
Got clutter to clear out? Turn your extra stuff into cash and connect with your neighbors at **Monroe Fresh Finds**, now continuing monthly through the summer! It’s free to sign up, and your sale will be listed on our community map (via QR code) to help shoppers find you.
This is a great way to declutter, make a little money, and enjoy the community vibes.
These sales will coincide with a special promotion led by the Monroe Avenue Merchants Association called "**Second Saturdays on Monroe"** each month through September on the following dates:

Only those that register in advance will be listed on the Monroe Fresh Finds Garage Sale **MAP**!
**\* City of Rochester code limits each sale location to TWICE per year. More than two sales at the same address per year are not allowed under city code. Please plan accordingly.**
