# Monroe Avenue succeeds through COLLABORATION

The UMNA multi-year Monroe Avenue revitalization effort is comprised of seven goals. The goals are expressed with aspirational language; language that describes the future we want to see.

*Our part of Monroe Avenue is one small section of a much longer and interconnected road with varied interests and important transitions. Collaboration with those along Monroe Avenue will raise the bar for all the nearby neighborhoods.*

### 1. By working in common cause with all the neighborhoods and businesses along Monroe Avenue we can address the largest and most difficult problems facing Monroe Avenue and promote the future success of our area
