2023 Recipient - Chris Stevens
In recognition for over ten years of service to the Upper Monroe Neighborhood as president of the Upper Monroe Neighborhood Association.
2025 Recipient - Alvin Mitchell
In recognition for his work building a community of love and respect in Cobbs Hill Park around a common interest in playing basketball. Alvin has volunteer countless hours cooking and serving food for free - using money from his own pocket - to anyone who wants it in Cobbs Hill Park.
