Conflicts associated with a group of juveniles

Recently a group of juveniles has exhibited undesirable behaviors & is suspected of criminal acts in the area from 7-11 to Luzerne to Rosedale & down Hinsdale putting them in conflict with residents.

Background

Reports from neighbors about a small group of juveniles behaving badly (perhaps even committing crimes) have been coming in to UMNA from some affected residents. The behaviors have resulted in confrontation on at least one occasion. Unfortunately, the criminal justice situation isn't particularly helpful when it comes to situations like these.
